The User remains solely responsible for determining whether any opportunity is suitable for their own business.
SSP makes no representation that any User will generate any particular income, replace employment income, achieve financial independence or obtain financial freedom.
4.9 Assumption of Commercial Risk
The User acknowledges that property procurement, leasing and serviced accommodation involve inherent commercial risk.
By using the Website or any services provided by SSP, the User voluntarily assumes all risks associated with:
acquiring or leasing property;
financing;
occupancy;
regulatory compliance;
licensing;
taxation;
market conditions;
operational performance; and
profitability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SSP shall not be liable for commercial losses arising from those risks.
4.10 Entire Agreement and Non-Reliance

property introductions;
commercial decisions;

5.3 Intellectual Property

internet outages;
failures of third-party providers;
government action; or
any other event beyond SSP's reasonable control.
5.8 Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement governing the use of this Website and supersede all previous understandings relating to Website use.
Nothing contained within these Terms limits the operation of any separate Written Agreement entered into in accordance with Clause 1.5.
5.9 Severability
