Through our network of landlords, agents and property owners, we regularly encounter properties that are well suited to serviced accommodation use. Where appropriate, we introduce these opportunities to operators who are seeking additional units to expand their portfolios.

Our role is to assist in identifying viable properties and facilitating introductions between property owners and operators. This allows experienced operators to assess the suitability of the property for their specific business model and client requirements.

Typical properties include well-located residential units capable of supporting short-term accommodation use, subject to the operator’s own compliance checks, operational structure, and contractual arrangements with the property owner.

Short Stays Procurement does not operate serviced accommodation businesses directly. Instead, we support operators by helping them locate suitable opportunities and assisting with the initial stages of the procurement process.
